March 12 on 12th

Until I can figure out the chronological order on the program I am using to make these collages, you'll just have to figure out what I'm rambling about with the picture. Think of it as a childhood game of Match or something.
  • I've taken up drinking coffee again, with that hazardous for your health creamer stuff. I figure I might as well live it up before we start making a bigger family. I just hope the coffee weaning process isn't as painful as last time. I am trying to keep the strength of the coffee tea-ish, so I don't have major withdrawals when I get off the juice.
  • Rick, once again being ever so cooperative for the camera, making his morning calls on the cell phone from hell. He refuses to give this one up for a newer model. It's literally falling apart and doesn't keep a charge, or want to charge once it's plugged into the charger.
  • As I was seeing Rick out the door I saw a really pretty sunrise. Be nice, I'm still polishing up my photography skills. The shot I loved had telephone wires in it, which--in my opinion--ruined the shot.
  • After breakfast, Sophia had her dessert of Amoxicillin and snot bulb. Yum. Actually, she loves the raspberry/strawberry flavored syrup she has to take twice a day because of her double ear infection. I wish I could say she loved having the snot sucked out equally, but sadly it's a different story there.
  • All dressed an ready to take on the world, Sophia likes to practice her balance act on her new jungle gym, me.
  • I really needed to clean out the arugula that had overtaken my herb garden. I had hoped Rick would clear it out for me (shoemaker's kids, anyone?) but after weeks of staring, the weather was nice enough to tackle. I asked him for the rototiller when he came home for lunch, and he handed me a shovel. Thanks.
  • I so wanted to take a nap and was tempted to water bottle spray Molly off the couch out of pure jealousy.
  • The daffodils are blooming. We were supposed to do a photo shoot with a friend out her way where there are tons of daffodils. Sophia got an ear infection, so here's my sad little clump of daffodils. Hopefully we can get out there next week before they all wither away.
  • Back to the weather--it was an amazing day and we had fun playing out on the lawn, trying to avoid the landmines.
  • Did you know artichokes bring on flatulence? I do now.
